TripBibo offers digital services including CRM tools, subscriptions, and travel bookings. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations and refunds.
1. Wallet Top-Up
- All wallet top-ups are non-refundable.
- The wallet balance can be used only for TripBibo CRM services such as subscriptions, bookings, or queries.
2. Subscription Plans
- All subscriptions to premium CRM features or services are billed in advance (monthly or annually).
- Subscriptions are non-refundable, even if you stop using the service before the end of the billing period.
- You may cancel your subscription anytime, but the cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle.
- No partial or prorated refunds are provided for unused time.
3. B2B Queries
- Custom B2B queries once submitted cannot be canceled.
- In case of genuine service failure, please contact support within 24 hours of the issue.
4. Refund Processing Time
- All eligible refunds are credited within 7–10 business days.
- Wallet refunds are credited instantly upon approval.
- Refunds to banks or cards may vary based on your provider.
