TripBibo offers digital services including CRM tools, subscriptions, and travel bookings. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations and refunds.

1. Wallet Top-Up

  • All wallet top-ups are non-refundable.
  • The wallet balance can be used only for TripBibo CRM services such as subscriptions, bookings, or queries.

2. Subscription Plans

  • All subscriptions to premium CRM features or services are billed in advance (monthly or annually).
  • Subscriptions are non-refundable, even if you stop using the service before the end of the billing period.
  • You may cancel your subscription anytime, but the cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle.
  • No partial or prorated refunds are provided for unused time.

3. B2B Queries

  • Custom B2B queries once submitted cannot be canceled.
  • In case of genuine service failure, please contact support within 24 hours of the issue.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • All eligible refunds are credited within 7–10 business days.
  • Wallet refunds are credited instantly upon approval.
  • Refunds to banks or cards may vary based on your provider.
