Welcome to TripBibo Tech, owned and operated by Binay Kumar Shaw. By accessing or using our website (https://crm.tripbibo.com) and CRM platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.:

1. Definitions

  • “We,” “Us,” “Our” refer to TripBibo Tech.
  • “User,” “You,” “Your” refer to the individual or business accessing our CRM platform.
  • “Services” refer to the TripBibo Tech SaaS Travel CRM and related features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By registering, you confirm that you have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your business.

3. Services Provided

TripBibo Tech offers a SaaS-based Travel CRM that includes but is not limited to:

  • Manage travel inquiries.
  • Creating itineraries and trip quotes.
  • Managing travel package bookings.
  • Setting follow-up reminders and notifications.
  • Client and lead management tools.

We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features without prior notice.

4. Account Registration & Responsibilities

  • Only verified travel agents or companies may register and use the TripBibo CRM.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Use of Services

  • TripBibo allows agents to manage tours, create quotes, invoices, book services, and more.
  • CRM tools are licensed for your use only and may not be resold or shared externally.
  • You agree not to misuse the platform for spam, fraud, or false bookings.

6. Payment, Subscription & Refunds

  • Subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
  • All payments for subscription are prepaid.
  • All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.
  • Once subscription taken, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Wallet top-ups are valid for use on any TripBibo service.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.

7. User Content & Data

  • You retain ownership of the data you upload to our CRM.
  • You grant us the right to store, process, and display your data solely to provide our services.
  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you upload.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, CRM features, and branding on TripBibo are the intellectual property of TripBibo. You may not copy or reuse without permission.

9. Termination

  • TripBibo reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of misuse or violation of terms.
  • Misuse includes fake queries, abusive behavior, or fraudulent activities.
